Technical support for OTECH!

Full-time | Working hours: 09:00-18:00
Fridays – once a month

What does the role involve?

Providing technical support to the company's customers - by phone, remotely and in the field
Assisting in troubleshooting and training customers on OTECH systems
Installations, implementations and connection of business management systems
Working with internal and external interfaces

Job requirements:

Experience in technical support / Help Desk
Technological understanding and experience with software and communication systems
Ability to work independently and solve problems in real time
Service, patience and ability to work with customers
Willingness to learn and develop in the field
Native English level
